This is a Casual employment opportunity for the period of February 2023 to August 2023, located at the Moncton Campus.
Reporting to the Manager of Student Recruitment, the Student Recruitment Advisor is responsible to implement the provincial recruitment plan at the campus level.
Responsibilities include:
- Implementing Annual Recruitment Events and Enrolment Plan at the Campuses
- Implementing Student Recruitment Initiatives at High Schools and other community organizations
- Contributing to development of the Student Management Inquiry Plan
- Staying abreast of NBCC Offerings
- Diploma and/or degree in a related field and related experience
- Highly flexible with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to navigate and build relationships effectively throughout the organization
- Working Knowledge/High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality
- Self-motivated, service and results oriented
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively independently and within a team
- A desire for continuous learning and growth
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Candidates must possess a valid Driver's License as travel will be required
- Preference may be given to candidates who have experience working in a post-secondary environment
