A TYPICAL DAY:
Working as part of the data warehouse team as ETL Developer, you will be responsible for the implementation of various ETL processes for the Company's data warehousing and business intelligence system.
·Develop new ETL pipelines for various data integration projects
·Optimize existing ETL pipelines to reduce load times and resource usage
·Liaise with subject matter experts in the company's business units to get clarification on ETL requirements
·Collaborate with other data warehouse team members to improve and optimize Atlantic Central's overall data warehouse service and data analytics capabilities
LOCATION:
This position offers the ability to work remotely and services Atlantic Canada.

TO JOIN OUR TEAM:
As the ideal candidate you will have successfully completed a Degree or Diploma in a relevant computer or business program, plus have 3-6 years of experience in ETL programming; or equivalent combination of training and experience.

You have proven intermediate knowledge of data warehousing, dimensional modelling, Kimball methodology and extract, transform, load (ETL) systems and possess advanced knowledge in MS SQL Server, MS SQL Server Integration Services, MS SQL Management Studio.
You're highly proficient in using T-SQL language. You are resilient, and able to shift on the fly, can manage multiple tasks and have strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills with both technical and non-technical users.

COMPENSATION:
This is a one-year contact position(s) and is rated at a Salary Level CU-6 ($60,644-71,346). Atlantic Central offers a competitive contract benefits package as well as the opportunity to participate in the Performance Sharing Incentive Plan.
