As Senior Business Analyst, you will play a critical role True North Seafood in influencing pricing. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, North America, you will be at the centre of how the organization meets the sales demands through your interconnectivity with sales and operations. With your deep knowledge of excel, you will build and manage pricing models through analysis of markets and data. You are an excellent communicator and will have daily communication with the leadership team and the True North Seafood North American sales team. You are a problem solver and solutions driven individual who takes initiative in learning the operations of the organization. Knowledge of the supply chain process is beneficial.

As Senior Business Analyst, you will play a critical role True North Seafood in influencing pricing. With your deep knowledge of excel, you will build and manage pricing models through analysis of markets and data. Key responsibilities will include:
- Make inputs on the weekly and annual harvest plans to match with sales requirements
- Relay Saltwater product needs to sales team to develop proper sales strategy
- Monitor live and finished goods inventory
- Direct finished goods production on inventory movement
- Relay customer specifications to Quality Control and Plant production staff
- Relay production concerns to sales to adjust sales plan
- Make input on sales demand plan to successfully manage programs (ie, country of origin claims, monthly ad business, various certifications)
Your Experience will include:
- Master level knowledge of Excel
- A minimum of 7 years experience as a financial analyst preferably in supply chain operations
- A degree in business, finance or a CPA with relevant experience
- Experience in the food industry would be considered an asset
