Your primary responsibilities will be:

• Providing technical troubleshooting and maintenance for Dynamics GP and modules
• Supporting day-to-day operations of ERP system and 3rd party modules
• Creating and maintaining reports
• Assisting in the coordination of computer hardware
• Managing change requests and the impact on the system
• Writing documentation to describe program development, coding, corrections, as well as manuals for users to describe installation and operating procedures
• Manage business analyst
• Providing training to users as necessary

Suitable candidates will meet the following qualifications:

• 5+ Years of ERP administration experience
• Post-secondary education (degree/diploma) in Information Systems
• Experience with SQL server database (running SQL queries, ETL, creating reports)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Knowledge of, or experience with SSRS and Power BI
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work directly with end users on requirements and support
• Experience in a business environment would be considered an asset
• Accounting knowledge/experience would be considered and asset
