AirPro SAR Services is currently looking for a Analyst (Data & Performance)to join our team in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.As a joint venture between Airbus Defence and Space and PAL Aerospace, we are unwavering in our commitment to the success of Canada's Fixed Wing Search and Rescue Aircraft Replacement (FWSAR) program. At AirPro, we manage all Integrated Support Services (ISS) activities—encompassing engineering, logistics, maintenance, IT systems, infrastructure, and material support—throughout the entire product lifecycle. Our dedicated team ensures that Canada's state-of-the-art search and rescue aircraft are always mission-ready, performing at their peak when it matters most.

In this role, you'll be the Analyst (Data & Performance) as a member part of the Contract Management Office (CMO) and be involved in operational data analysis, responsible for performance data and continuing the development of FWSAR Operation dashboards including the evolution and maintenance of these dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consolidate Operation dashboard encompassing contractual KPI and sub KPIs, while ensuring timely distribution and accuracy of raw data
  • Assist the Support system leads in developing and reporting sub KPI's
  • Support the identification of areas of improvements and concerns in operational business areas and provide strategies to resolve them
  • Support the development and implementation of performance metrics to improve operational efficiency
  • Document and define identified problems, and draft procedures to solve them
  • Responsible for providing optimal business solutions to achieve FWSAR contractual targets
  • Propose new methods and technologies to improve operational dashboards
  • Responsible for developing business presentations for management and clients
  • Develop, revise, and promote business policies and procedures
  • Support the collection and analysis of master data related to integrated logistics activities
  • Support the use of verification protocols to ensure source data is consistent across various repositories
  • Participate in focus discussions related to Logistic Support Analysis and Performance Metric management
  • Support program performance analysis activities
  • Analysis of the business at a micro level through the aggregation of larger data sets into digestible reports
  • Maintenance of business intelligence reports and post-report follow up
  • Partner with business stakeholders to plan, design and create reports and presentations, business models and dashboards to meet their requirements
  • Assist with user acceptance testing for newly developed data cubes, reports and dashboards
  • Assist with training end users on newly developed reports and processes
  • Other Duties as assigned

Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Finance, Statistics, or Engineering
  • Proven experience in preparing reports (such as cost and schedule performance) from Project Management applications
  • Experience with Power BI is considered a strong asset
  • Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office 365 suite of applications and Microsoft Project
  • Experience with Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) is considered an asset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Agile and adaptable in a dynamic environment
  • Advanced analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Valid passport and the ability to travel internationally for training and meetings as required
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain secret level security clearance requirements
