The Lounsbury Group is looking for hire an Accounting Coordinator, to work at one of our automotive dealerships.
We are looking for someone who has a great attitude, is dependable and has a passion for Accounting Procedures. We value individuals who take pride in their work, show initiative, are driven to be successful and enjoy being a part of a dynamic team.
- Code and posting parts invoices
- Generate monthly A/R statements, and follow-up by email and/or phone calls
- Post warranty credits on a weekly basis
- Reconcile parts statements, code and post with A/P
- Reconcile gas slips and posting expense on a monthly basis
- Postng Daily: cash receipts, bank entried, sales
- Completed a post-secondary accounting program at college
- Previous experience in an accounting role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exercises good judgment and organizational skills
- Must be capable of working independently, effectively managing his or her time and work flow
- Must have a high level of confidentiality
