Kelly Services is seeking a CDO Portfolio Administrator for our top banking client in Charlotte, NC. Pay rate $18.73 per hour. 1st shift Monday-Friday. Duration 1 year (client plans to hire perm prior to the end date - salary $44-46K annually). Perks including benefit options in the first 30 days!
Responsibilities:

  • CDOs are structured finance vehicles that issue both debt and equity liabilities, with the proceeds being used to buy a portfolio of collateral. Typical types of collateral include syndicated bank loans, corporate bonds, asset-backed securities, mortgage-backed securities, and Mezzanine debt. Responsibilities include: settles bond/bank loan trades and invests excess cash as directed by the Portfolio Manager, books cash inflows/outflows to the portfolio, tracks asset attributes such as accrual information, rating, industry codes, etc., provides reports to the clients daily, and assists Analysts with reporting to the investors. Ensures I00% accuracy and timeliness of data through proper booking and reconciliation of account activity
  • Maintain CDO collateral portfolios

  • Settle bond/bank loan trades as directed by the Portfolio Manager

  • Invest excess cash as directed by the Portfolio Manager

  • Book cash inflows/outflows to the portfolio

  • Track asset attributes such as accrual information, ratings, industry codes, etc.

  • Provide reports to the clients on a daily, monthly, and a quarterly basis

  • Assist Analysts with reporting to the investors

  • Ensure 100% accuracy and timeliness of data through proper booking and reconciliation of account activity

  • Actively ensures compliance with the company Code of Ethics and all Anti-Money Laundering, Bank Secrecy Act, information security and suspicious activity reporting requirements, policies and procedures. Actively participates in any required corporate and business line training in these areas. Follows account opening procedures and understands and follows internal suspicious activity referral requirements and processes, as required, for this position. Actively works with customers to understand each customer's normal account activity, as appropriate for this position

  • Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Degree preferred

  • Recent college graduates or 1-2 years banking experience required

  • Must have attention to detail, ability to learn new concepts, and data entry skills
