Kelly Services is now seeking qualified Forklift Operators with Kelly Services for a premier Burley, ID employer. Our client a leader in the chemical industry has immediate openings for forklift operators/material handlers to work at its Burley, Idaho location.
These are long term indefinite temp positions.

  • 1-3 years solid work experience

  • $16 an hour

  • 48 hours PTO (paid time off) each year. Pro-rated 1st year based on start date

  • 6 Paid Holidays

  • Service Bonus

    • Work Schedule:
  • 4 on, 4 off rotating schedule

  • Work 2 12-hour shifts (days) 6 AM-6 PM, then 2 12-hour shifts (nights) 6 PM-6 AM then 4 days off. Overtime paid at time and a half for all hours over 40 in a workweek.

    • Example: Work Monday 6am-6pm, Tuesday 6am-6pm, Wednesday 6pm-6am, Thursday 6pm-6am, then 4 days off
    Duties:
  • Use a forklift to load and unload Styrofoam insulation board from flatbeds intermodal van trailers and production lines.

  • May take finished goods and bundle and store outside in lot.

  • Unload packaged raw materials, verify quantities, complete associated paperwork and put into storage locations.

  • Complete daily fork truck inspections.

  • Inspects Styrofoam material and packaged raw materials for quality and damage and checks loads for accuracy.

  • Perform daily housekeeping tasks, sweep and clean warehouse, pick up debris in yard.
