Remote (temporally) Inbound Customer Service Agent
Full time & Part-Time opportunities!!
The role will be to answer inbound calls in a call center environment. The calls will be from consumers who have received a letter stating that their personal information has been breached at a company with which they have some kind of relationship example: health care facility, employer, retailer. Contact Center agents will answer questions about the data breach using FAQs that will be provided to them.
The schedule is Monday-Friday 8 am until 5 pm and $15 per hour.
Pay rate $15.00
Candidates that are bilingual in English and Spanish and English and French are preferred.
This position requires:
Outstanding customer service skills,
Someone who can be highly empathetic and have a great phone voice.
Call center experience.
Excellent de-escalation skills.
Individuals will need to obtain FCRA Certification within their first few days on the job. We will provide all the training, instruction and study time needed for them to successfully pass the exam. This is a low difficulty exam.
