What you'll be doing:
The Compensation Analyst participates in the implementation and administration of global broad-based and/or incentive compensation programs and policies such as salary planning, global allowances, analytics, and reporting. Strong communication skills, excel savvy, client relationship building, innovative and critical thinking, and results orientation are critical to success in this role.
