TeleTech is seeking an experienced Compensation Analyst to join our Enterprise Services team. What you'll be doing:
The Compensation Analyst participates in the implementation and administration of global broad-based and/or incentive compensation programs and policies such as salary planning, global allowances, analytics, and reporting. Strong communication skills, excel savvy, client relationship building, innovative and critical thinking, and results orientation are critical to success in this role.
What you'll bring to us:

Collects, assesses, and evaluates external market compensation data to ensure the competitiveness of TeleTech's base salary structures, incentive programs and other pay practices.

Prepares dashboard presentations to be utilized by the executive management teams at Teletech and involvement in process documentation of the company compensation procedures.

Prepares different ad-hoc reporting to be utilized for larger scale projects.

Assists in global salary surveys participation collecting, scrubbing and reviewing employee data globally.

Collaborates and assists in job analysis, job evaluation and pricing with global scope.

Understands HR systems, salary and job structure to effectively assist in job/salary maintenance.

What skills you'll need:

1-2 years' experience in corporate compensation

BA/BS in Human Resources or comparable degree, or equivalent experience

CCP certification preferred

Some knowledge of market pricing practices and exposure to variable and performance management practices is preferred.

Strong communication and analytical skills.

Good project management skills.

Expert with PC applications including Excel, PowerPoint and Word knowledge is a plus.

Willing to work night shift
