    What will you be doing?
  • Maintain team mailbox;
  • Attend meetings and taking minutes;
  • Distribute information and documentation when required;
  • Assist Team Management when required;
  • Schedule meetings with all stakeholders;
  • Assist in developing department documentation where required.
    What do you need to be successful?
  • Fluency in English;
  • Good planning and organisational skills;
  • Very good communication and teamwork skills;
  • Good computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
  • Ability to operate effectively within a virtual (cross-cultural) team;
  • Relevant experience will be considered of an advantage.
