POSITION SUMMARY

The Territory Sales Representative, reporting to the Sales Manager will play a vital role in the growth and success of a leading manufacturer of high-quality metal products. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop Tailored Programs: Create customized product and customer programs aligned with individual client needs and internal manufacturing efficiencies.
- Account Management: Oversee and nurture key accounts and product-specific programs, ensuring long-term success and customer satisfaction.
- Territory Growth: Expand our customer base across assigned territories in Canada and U.S., building strong relationships that translate into sales.
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Actively seek new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, and industry events.
- Market Insight & Strategy: Monitor market trends and competition to identify opportunities and craft strategies that meet or exceed company goals for growth and gross margin.
- Client Engagement: Travel within your territory to meet clients, evaluate their needs, and provide proactive solutions, keeping management informed of progress and opportunities.
- Customer Advocacy: Serve as the voice of the customer within the company, ensuring that internal teams are aligned to deliver exceptional value.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Post-secondary education in Sales, Business, or a related field or equivalent relevant experience.
- 2-5 years of sales experience, in a B2B and manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, confident in both written and verbal communication.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including management, plant, and office staff.
- Excellent organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities without losing focus.
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
- A growth-oriented attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong sense of teamwork.

POSITION DETAILS
- Located in Bruce County, ON, this is based on-site and in person.
- Office hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
- This role requires travel throughout North America, and a valid driver's license and passport are required.
