What Will Your Mission Be?
- Responding to client calls and emails;
- Following up with clients who are behind on payments;
- Managing unpaid accounts;
- Initiating legal recovery procedures;
- Monitoring cases sent for legal proceedings;
- Researching client information for the application of judgments;
- Conducting follow-ups with automobile insurance in case of total losses;
- Coordinating with impound lots during automobile seizures;
- Performing follow-ups on cases sent to the investigation department.
