Job Description

What Will Your Mission Be?

  • Responding to client calls and emails;
  • Following up with clients who are behind on payments;
  • Managing unpaid accounts;
  • Initiating legal recovery procedures;
  • Monitoring cases sent for legal proceedings;
  • Researching client information for the application of judgments;
  • Conducting follow-ups with automobile insurance in case of total losses;
  • Coordinating with impound lots during automobile seizures;
  • Performing follow-ups on cases sent to the investigation department.
