Here is what an Account Development Representative (ADR) will do: * Research and cultivate new business connections via warm and cold outreach including LinkedIn, Email and Phone. * Set introductory meetings and generate qualified leads. * Research and prepare introductory calls/execute Survalent sales strategy. * Attend industry-specific conferences. * Update Salesforce with details of all communications with customers. * Follow up on inbound leads. * Participate in strategy discussions with sales team and other cross functional groups. * Some other duties are required What are we looking for? * University Degree with a GPA of 3.2 or higher. * 1-4 years of experience working in customer facing roles, preferably in sales. * Must be passionate about sales and have an entrepreneurial spirit. * Must be Proactive & willing to adapt and learn new skills and technologies.
