" Deep level troubleshooting of network protocols - specifically 3G,4G & 5G. " Experience with Netscout, Tektronix or similar telecommunications monitoring tool is an asset. " Degree in computer electrical, science, software engineering or equivalent experience. " Best practice documentation on Network Management with product infrastructure. " Exposure to wireless networks (3G, 4G, 5G) along with their respective flows and protocols. " Prior experience doing software upgrades, installing patches, recreating issues, and following escalation protocols. " Manage caseload within published service level agreements (SLAs).
