Your responsibilities could include, but are not limited to:
Analysis and development of business "critical success factors"
Analysis and development of architecture requirements design, process development, process mapping, and training
Leading other functional staff to define business strategy and processes in support of transformation and change management activities
Participating in change impact analysis and change management activities
Contributing to organizational realignment, including job redesign and organizational restructuring
Coordinating development of training and working with other stakeholders
Creating presentations, presenting to various stakeholders, and facilitating meetings and discussions
Level 1: Less than 5 years of experience
Level 2: 5 to 10 years of experience
Level 3: 10 or more years of experience
Change Management: 4+ years of experience
PROSCI Change Management Certification
Change Management for Technology Adoption
Strategic Change
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience in change management, preferably within Fintech/ consulting space.
Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Project management experience is a plus.
Certifications in change management are highly desirable (e.g., PROSCI, CCMP)
Bilingual – Conversational (French/English)
Bilingual – Fluent (French/English)
