The Marketing Coordinator will support the marketing team by completing digital marketing administrative tasks, such as managing content updates to both our website and social media platforms, organizing and updating our internal marketing library data base, and
assisting with ongoing marketing initiatives. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a passion for digital marketing and strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Project and Timeline Coordination: Track project timelines and milestones, coordinate with agency, partners, and team members to ensure deadlines are met, and keep campaigns on schedule.
- Resource Management: Organize marketing materials andmaintain a centralized library of assets to ensure easy access and effective use across the team and firms.
- Analytics, Reporting, and Improvement: Generate weekly and monthly reports of social media and website analytics to track performance, engagement, reach, and ROI
Social media
management:
- Manage a Dynamic Content Calendar: Oversee a high-volume social media posting schedule, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of posts. Maintain accuracy and consistency under tight deadlines, using our scheduling app to keep all content on track. Coordinate with regional
Marketing Managers and marketing team to ensure content is delivered on time and meets quality expectations.
- Manage Quick-Turnaround Requests: Handle same-day content requests from local firms, ensuring quick and efficient posting, particularly for high-priority or time-sensitive events, to keep social media channels current and responsive.
- Monitor and Engage: Oversee social media accounts, responding to comments, direct messages, and reviews on Instagram, Facebook, and Linked In. Repost relevant customer stories and user-generated content to amplify engagement.
Website
management:
- Content
management: Update the website daily to reflect the latest social media content, including blogs, podcasts, videos, and publications. Maintain and refresh pages, bio sections, and images, ensuring all content remains consistent, relevant, and aligned with brand standards.
- Firm Support: Assist firms with training and troubleshooting. Help with job postings, information updates, and maintaining pages, bios, and images to ensure a cohesive and current online presence across all firm-related content.
- Translation Support: Use translation software to convert social media and website content, coordinating proofing and approval processes to ensure accuracy. Update translated content on the website, maintaining brand consistency across languages and regions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in digital marketing, or marketing administration 2years.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta, social media management tools).
- Basic knowledge of website design principles and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Specific Skills:
- Social Media Management:
Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Meta) and website CMS platforms for content management.
- Graphic Design Skills:
Adobe Creative Suit, Canva
- Digital Marketing: Understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing best practices.
- Website Management: Experience with website content management systems and basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
