Key Responsibilities:
· Provide administrative support to financial planners and other team members.
· Manage client communications, including scheduling appointments and responding to inquiries.
· Prepare and organize financial documents, reports, and presentations.
· Maintain and update client records and databases.
· Assist with the coordination of meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
· Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and ordering supplies.
· Support the team in various projects and tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business or related field preferred.
· Experience in the investment or insurance industry is advantageous.
· Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) is a plus.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
