We are currently looking for a full-time Customer Service Professional (CSP) to join our growing Interprovincial Traffic (ITS) team in Surrey. In this role, you'll be a key point of contact for both external and internal customers, supporting our local branch operations and the larger ATS Traffic group across a range of orders and sales processes.

Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries, providing knowledgeable support on sales-related questions and concerns.
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or team member.
- Enter orders and quotations into Business Central, supporting both customers and Account Managers.
- Process branch production and art proofs for customer orders.
- Monitor inventory levels for direct sales and assist walk-in customers.
- Support the sales and rental departments as needed.
- Complete data entry related to safety and operational documents.
- Process customer payments when required.
- Perform general administrative duties to support day-to-day branch operations.
- Approximately 2 years of inside sales or customer service experience (preferred).
- Experience with SalesPad/Business Central or a similar sales/data entry system (asset).
- Previous experience in the traffic control, construction, or road safety industries (asset).
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field and/or customer service training (asset).
- Strong product knowledge, particularly in traffic or safety equipment (asset).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Exceptional telephone etiquette and strong interpersonal communication skills.
- A strong customer service focus with a dedication to customer satisfaction.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to recommend corrective actions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
