Forge Recruitment is currently searching for a Real Estate Paralegal to join a National Full Service firm in downtown Vancouver.

About the Role

• Coordinate with both the Borrower and Lender to obtain search authorizations and necessary documentation.
• Conduct and analyze due diligence searches (e.g., Land Title Office, corporate and personal property registries).
• Arrange for the release and transfer of loan funds.
• Prepare and send final reports to all relevant parties.
• Maintain organized file management throughout the process.
• Assist both commercial and residential conveyancers as needed.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Paralegal in Real Estate law.
• Paralegal certificate
• Strong knowledge of the Land Title Act and Personal Property Security Act, including experience with filings at the Land Title Office and Personal Property Registry.
• Skilled in using Microsoft Word and Outlook.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks, setting priorities, and meeting deadlines efficiently.
