Forge Recruitment is searching for a Plaintiff Personal Injury Paralegal to join the Vancouver office one of the busiest Personal Injury law firms with multiple offices in BC.
About the Role

• Drafting all pleadings
• Drafting Notice of Applications, Affidavits, Responses, List of Documents
• Trial preparation (witness communication (including Client witness statements), drafting detailed Notice to Admits, issuing formal offers to settle, giving instructions on document books, organizing case law/books of authority, etc.)
• Settlement proposals/mediation briefs
• Drafting file chronology to assist the lawyer in file reviews and/or trial preparation
• Responding to DC/ICBC communications
• Vetting/redacted records
• Settlement pre-bills and BOC

The Offer
The firm offers excellent compensation ranging between $70,000 - $90,000 and benefits package, and opportunities for learning and growth.
What You Bring

• 5+ years of PI experience as a Paralegal
• Paralegal certificate
• Ability to multi-task (high volume of files and fast pace)
• Ability to delegate and manage the team effectively (this specific team consists of one lawyer, one paralegal, and one legal assistant
• Trial experience is preferred, but not required
