Mandatory Requirements
Candidates must meet the following mandatory requirements to be considered: No. Requirement Required Experience M1 Written and spoken competence in English Yes/No M2 Minimum 5 years of experience managing large and complex system projects, including integration between large systems using various technologies Yes/No M3 Experience in the past two years as a Project Manager for Land Registry projects related to service delivery agencies and government, such as Service New Brunswick Yes/No Proposals that do not meet all mandatory requirements will be disqualified. Candidates will be evaluated based on the following criteria: No. Requirement Desired Experience S1 Recent experience (in the last four years) managing projects of similar complexity 3+ Years S2 Experience managing GIS and Land Registry information systems projects for government or service delivery agencies 2+ Years S3 Experience managing or working with Property Assessment information systems projects for government or service delivery agencies 1+ Years S4 Excellent communication skills and experience presenting solutions to technical and business stakeholders 2+ Years Scoring will be based on breadth and depth of experience. References
Vendors must provide references as per the Vendor Response Matrix. References may be contacted to validate information. Poor or inconsistent references may lead to disqualification.
Failure to provide references may result in disqualification. Work Location and Travel
  • The successful candidate will work onsite in Fredericton, NB at Brookside Place.
  • Occasional teleworking may be permitted under special circumstances (e.g., inclement weather, COVID-19 regulations) at SNB's discretion.
  • Travel outside Fredericton is not expected. If the candidate resides outside Fredericton, the vendor must cover travel expenses. SNB will not reimburse travel costs.
Supplied Devices
  • If required, candidates may need to use a vendor-provided laptop or desktop.
  • The successful candidate may need to meet with SNB's Information Security Officer and sign an agreement for non-GNB devices connecting to the GNB network.
Deliverables
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Delivering project outcomes as per the SNB Project Management Framework.
  • Supporting post-implementation defect resolution and change requests.
