Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Generalist to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess a broad knowledge of HR functions, including but not limited to full cycle recruiting, employee relations, policy administration, training & development, compensation, benefits, and performance management. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of HRG experience, with a strong understanding of labour laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage employee disability and accommodation situations
• Help manage employee relations activities, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive work environment.
• Administer company policies and practices, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.
• Help facilitate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Oversee compensation and benefits administration, including payroll support.
• Help implement and maintain performance management systems to drive employee productivity and engagement.
• Stay updated on labour laws and regulations, ensuring company compliance

Qualifications:

• 2 years of HR experience
• HR Certification is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
