Location: Remote / 21 College Street, Toronto or 200 First Ave, North Bay
Hybrid - Candidate must be able to work 3 days onsite and 2 days remote
NOTE
Assignment Type: This position is currently listed as "Onsite "; however, the Assignment under this request will provisionally be "Hybrid”, working 7.25 hours per calendar day, sometime between 8:00-5:00 PM (excluding lunch breaks) Monday to Friday inclusive, unless otherwise identified. These conditions are subject to change as the OPS reflects on its current situation. During the duration of the assignment you will be under the discretion of the Hiring Manager's requirements for the Project you are assigned to.

• In depth Azure technical knowledge, DevOps, Linux, Git
• Assess architecture strategies, analyze / implement /support highly technical solutions
• 5 Years of OPS Experience

Deliverables:
• Creation of technical specifications for systems development
• Design, implement and work with the project team in completing all relevant and required documentation in alignment with OPS standards
• Undertake special assignments/sub-projects as assigned
• Conduct, assess, evaluate and document stakeholder interests and business needs
• Create and validate business scenarios and use cases
• Produce visual depiction of use cases and process flows; ensure alignment with the program area and associated business architecture, as well as traceability to solution logical and physical architectures
• Create, review, provide input and support of Enterprise Architecture artifacts for all checkpoints as required
• Create system and user interface design and modifications (data & screen) as required
• Review all test scenarios to ensure the requirements are met; establish traceability matrix to monitor output
• Ensure alignment and adherence to Ministry of Government Services' processes and standards
• Support the testing team during system and UAT testing Participate in Knowledge transfer
Skills and Knowledge:
• Monitor and assess the performance of applications in a cloud environment to ensure solutions are available
• Outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for Azure cloud products (Data Factory, Databricks, DevOPS, GIT, etc.)
• Create, test and implement safeguards to maintain data integrity and protect against unauthorized access
