As a Flexologist, you'll:
Lead one-on-one assisted stretch sessions (25 or 50 minutes) tailored to client goals and body mechanics
Assess range of motion and develop personalized stretching protocols
Educate clients on posture, mobility, and movement patterns to complement their wellness routines
Document session notes and client progress
Participate in ongoing training and workshops to grow your skills within a supportive, wellness-focused studio environment
Required:
Current Massage Therapy License (LMT) in your state
CPR/AED Certification (or willingness to obtain)
Strong communication and client care skills
Passion for helping people improve mobility, reduce pain, and live more comfortably
Preferred:
Experience with sports massage, Thai massage, myofascial release, or mobility work
Background in yoga, Pilates, or personal training is a plus
Interest in preventative wellness and functional movement
