Hiring: Local Class DZ/AZ Operators/Drivers
Location: Sudbury, Ontario
Pay: $30 - $34/hr + OT after 44hrs
Schedule: 7/7 with 8-12hr shifts
Weekly pay each Friday

The company provides benefits after 30 days of employment

We are looking for experienced operators with a background in the industrial or mining sectors. Ideal candidates will have to be LOCAL to Sudbury within 1 hour range from the city experience working in high-pressure environments and operating hydro vacs, combo units, vacuum trucks, steamers, and wet vacs. While high-pressure experience is preferred, it is not mandatory.

- Drive, operate and maintain vacuum units

- Assist with staging the equipment

- Rig the equipment in / out

- Complete pre/post trip inspections

- General shop duties and laborer tasks as required

Key Requirements in the candidate:

• Licensing:
• Class DZ or class 3 license with air brakes (Required) – Must be able to drive a manual transmission.
• Class AZ or class 1 license (Preferred) – While most units are Class DZ or 3, having a Class AZ or 1 is an asset.
• Must be able to provide a clean drivers abstract
• Certifications & Skills:
• Experience operating manual 18-speed transmissions (Required).
• Operating hydro vacs, combo units, vacuum trucks, steamers, and wet vacs.(required)
• Mechanically inclined – must be able to troubleshoot and perform minor roadside repairs would be considered an asset.
• Oilfield, industrial services or mining experience (Required).
