We specialize in residential and light commercial high-efficiency heat pump installations and are committed to top-tier workmanship. Our team includes Red Seal-certified techs who take pride in their work and invest in training the next generation of tradespeople.

Who We're Looking For:

• Enrolled in or completed Block 1 or 2+ of a registered HVAC or Refrigeration apprenticeship program
• Graduate or student of a post-secondary Refrigeration/HVAC program
• Valid driver's license required
• Team-oriented, detail-focused, and eager to learn
• Able to follow directions, take feedback, and adapt on-site

Nice to Have:

• Own hand tools and PPE
• Ability to communicate clearly with team and clients
• Some field experience
