• Digging trenches, holes, and foundations as needed

• Moving and lifting materials

• Assisting skilled workers on-site

• Cleaning up job sites and handling basic construction tasks

• Working in all weather conditions

• Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting

• Willingness to work hard and get dirty

• Reliable and able to follow instructions

• Previous construction experience is a plus but not required
