Experienced Graphic Designer Needed!

Job Summary
Our client in Brampton is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer (Full time) to join their dynamic team. You will be responsible for creating engaging graphics that effectively convey their brand message across various platforms. This role requires proficiency in design software and designs align with their overall marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design artwork for screen printing jobs (mock-ups, separations, layouts)
- Output films and burn screens using appropriate exposure techniques
- Maintain and clean screens; reclaim screens when needed
- Ensure artwork aligns with client specs and production capabilities
- Collaborate with production team to ensure designs are print-ready
- Maintain file organization and job tracking for repeat orders

Requirements:
Skills & Experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Experience with screen making processes: coating, exposing, washing out, and reclaiming
- Strong layout and typography soft Skills
- Attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
- Clear communication and teamwork with press operators and production team
- Problem-solving mindset
- 3-5 years of experience in Graphic Design

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20 - $28

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
