7+ years of experience in business strategy, process transformation, or adjudication within the banking or financial services industry.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced TaranDM Strategy & Adjudication Consultant to lead the end-to-end transition of adjudication systems to TaranDM, while shaping and driving the strategic roadmap for decision automation across the organization. This role sits at the intersection of business transformation, adjudication expertise, and intelligent decisioning, supporting large-scale digital initiatives within the banking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the migration of existing adjudication systems and business rules into the TaranDM platform.
Analyze and map current workflows, policies, and rule sets into TaranDM decision models.
Define and implement strategies for leveraging TaranDM to drive automation, consistency, and compliance in decision-making processes.
Act as a subject matter expert on adjudication best practices, ensuring regulatory alignment and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including IT, compliance, legal, and business units—to ensure smooth deployment and adoption.
Develop performance indicators and value metrics to track the impact of TaranDM implementation.
Provide training, change management support, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful transformation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
