We are looking for CPAP Specialist for Barrie office for Wednesdays and Thursdays 10-6
Function:To assist customers with purchases of medical equipment, CPAP supplies, and questions about their purchases.

DUTIES AS BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
1. Answering & placing clients phone calls
2. Assisting customers
3. Ensure required intake forms are completed and accurate
4. Create patient files for new patients
5. Keep work area neat and organized
6. Insurance verification and eligibility for new and current patients

Preferred Skills and Abilities:

• Valid certificate with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) or Respiratory Therapist registered with the College of Respiratory Therapists of Ontario (CRTO) or experiance in medical field
• Previous experience in Sleep and/or Respiratory Medicine is an asset.
• The successful candidate must be friendly, well organized, and have the ability to work independently.
• Great amount of patience and maturity is required to provide patient education to people who may have little understanding of their diagnosis and required therapy.
• Strong attention to detail, and an ability to learn fast and perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Superior verbal communication and interpersonal skills are required with a strong and clear command of the English Language.
• Great telephone manner is a must.
• Experience in Sales or Customer Service is an asset
