• Manage planning and execution of accounting, audit, and tax engagements

• Review financial statements and deliverables for accuracy and compliance

• Build strong internal and client relationships

• Guide and mentor staff, lead performance reviews, and support development

• Monitor budgets, deadlines, and billing

• Contribute to business growth through client service and networking

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field

• CPA designation (preferred)

• 3+ years of relevant accounting experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
