We're conducting a confidential search on behalf of a leading mechanical contractor to hire a Superintendent for multi-family residential projects in the Lower Mainland. This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in the field and brings strong coordination, scheduling, and team management skills.

You'll be stepping into a respected team with a track record of delivering complex builds across the Lower Mainland. You'll have strong internal systems, modern field tools, and a collaborative site culture where your voice matters. Most importantly, you'll be trusted to lead—without micromanagement—while mentoring the next generation of tradespeople.

What you'll do:

• Lead daily on-site operations and supervise Foremen, Journeypersons, and Apprentices

• Coordinate mechanical installations, including hydronic heating and cooling systems

• Manage project schedules, labour planning, and QA/QC processes

• Collaborate with general contractors, sub-trades, and design teams to keep projects moving

What we're looking for:

• 10–15 years of experience in residential or institutional construction site management

• Red Seal Certification in Plumbing (required); HVAC Red Seal is an asset

• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills

• Experience using SiteDocs, OpenSpace, or similar field management tools

• Valid driver's license and familiarity with WorkSafe BC requirements
