Currently recruiting for a CAE Analyst for a Tier 1 automotive organization located in the North York area. This is a contract position with the possibility of being extended.

Responsibilities:

• Partake in design review meetings with clients and ensure design issues and changes are properly documented
• Using the CAE package, design a package to meet the client's specifications and intentions
• Provide analysis results and reports to client's
• Geometry Preparation: clean-up, repair corrupted topology, de-featuring and simplifications
• Post-Procession: strains, stresses, deformations, temperatures, flow lines, forces, material flow defects, displacements, thickness distribution, swell, sag, warpage, etc.
• Improvement and optimize product
• Create CAE/FEA reports and best practices SOPS
• Maintain and back-up CAE models library

Qualifications:

• Engineering Degree with 10+ years of experience
• Proficient using Windows Operating systems
• Knowledge of UNIX/Lenox Software
• Knowledge of heat transfers and fluid dynamics is an asset
• Knowledge of performing analysis
