As a Team Leader at our Markham warehouse, youll supervise frontline associates in the execution of warehouse tasks across inbound or outbound operations. Whether its Receive, Stow, Replenishment, Pick, Pack, or Ship, youll play a hands-on role in ensuring targets are met and our team operates safely, efficiently, and with energy.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of warehouse associates in a specific process area (Inbound or Fulfillment).
- Monitor team productivity, quality, and safety performance during your shift.
- Ensure all standard operating procedures (SOPs) are followed.
- Provide hands-on support and direction to associates as needed.
- Coordinate work assignments and shift transitions smoothly.
- Identify and escalate issues impacting performance or safety.
- Coach and train team members, helping them build capability.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and accountable team culture.
Shift Expectations
- This role may be assigned to either the day or night shift, depending on operational needs.
- Flexibility to change shifts may be required due to business demands, though such changes will only occur when unavoidable.
What Were Looking For
- 2+ years of supervisory or lead experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Deep familiarity with warehouse operations (Receive, Stow, Replen, Pick, Pack, Ship, Quality).
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and engage a team.
- Clear communicator with good problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment.
- Tech-savvy with ability to learn and use WMS systems.
Education
- Formal education in supply chain is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent is a plus we value relevant experience and hands-on leadership above all.
