As a key member of our kitchen crew, you'll work alongside our Head Chef, Sous Chef, and talented culinary team to create mouth-watering dishes that meet our high standards of quality and presentation. Responsibilities of a Line Cook include:

• Preparing and cooking menu items to specifications
• Maintaining sanitation standards in accordance with JRG Safe Food Handling practices and local health protection standards
• Prepare and cook menu items to specifications
• Maintain high levels of food quality
• Daily cleaning and maintenance to ensure a sanitary and safe work environment
• Setting and restocking food service stations
• Maintaining a respectful workplace in accordance with organizational Policies and Procedures

Working Conditions:

• Candidates MUST be available to work evening shifts throughout the week; shifts will start no earlier than 3pm and end no later than 11pm
• Hours and shifts may vary.
• Work is performed in restaurant kitchen and office environments.

• MUST have 2-3 years of culinary experience in a restaurant environment
• MUST be available to work evening shifts throughout the week
• Food Safe Level 1
• First Aid Level 1, preferred but not mandatory
• Completion of High School is required
• Must have good organizational and time management skills
