Courtesy Ford Lincoln is looking for a full-time Show Room Receptionist who is going to be that great first impression for our customers. We are a long-time established, family owned and operated, local Ford & Lincoln dealership.

This position would be approximately 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm and reports directly to the Office Manager. Hours Compensation is dependent upon experience. Benefits and employee discounts are available.
Duties: (may include and not limited to:)
- Answer a very busy multi-line switchboard directing calls
- Greet customers as they arrive through our doors warmly and professionally
- Providing exceptional customer service and directing customers to the proper department/individual
- Processing payments
- Tracking payments taken, preparing receipts and daily bank deposit
- Daily Tracking of dealer plates, cheque/ownership pickups
- Printing of daily reports as required
- Assist with dealer trades
- Book service appointments
- Pre-book next service appointments for customers recently in for service
- Support Admin, Service, Parts and Sales when needed
- Data Entry
- Outgoing service follow-up calls, documenting responses and reporting to management daily
Qualifications:
- Great communication and Customer Service skills
- Self-motivated & detail oriented
- Calm and composed under pressure or high volume scenarios
- Computer skills for word processing (MS Word), Excel, database processing, google docs and Gmail/Outlook for email
- Must be a self-starter and work well under pressure and in fast paced environments
- Eager to learn more processes, more knowledge
- Dealership experience is preferred
- Reynolds Ignite Dealership Software experience is an asset
