What you will do with us: Reporting to the Westburne Midwest Divisional Pricing Manager, as a Strategic Initiative Analyst you will assist in initiating and implementing pricing strategies to meet the divisional objectives. This position will be either located in Regina or Winnipeg Office. How you will thrive with us: * Data analysis and Market research - Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and internal costs to determine optimal pricing strategies, ultimately aiming to maximize revenue and profitability. * Pricing Agreements - Collaborate with Pricing Manager & Sales teams on maintaining and renewing customer pricing agreements to ensure consistent pricing for customers. * Work with Vendor Product team on promotional pricing and other internal pricing strategies to support profitable sales growth. * Support and Co-ordinate with Sales Teams creating reports, resolving any pricing issues that may arise, collecting market price feedback etc. Training: Local and national pricing management training will be provided. Who are you? * A college degree and 3 to 5 years of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience. * Excellent knowledge and experience using Advanced Excel, Macro, Power BI & Microsoft applications. * Proficiency in data analysis, knowledge to dissect sales reports/ trends to develop and recommend pricing strategies as part of continuous profit enhancement. * Problem-solving skills and detail-oriented with the ability to pay close attention to detail while remaining accurate is crucial in the analysis of large collections of data. * Excellent team player, openness to feedback and maintain a positive attitude. * Experience with AS400 and BI would be an asset.
