Our client is looking for an Interim CFO for a 6 months contract, to provide financial leadership and strategic oversight during a critical transition period.

As the CFO you will oversee financial planning, forecasting, and reporting to ensure fiscal health and compliance and provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team, aligning financial objectives with organizational goals.

Responsibilities include the following:

• Manage key financial functions, including budgeting, cash flow management, and risk analysis.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure financial operations support growth and operational efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements, mitigating financial risks.
• Lead and support the finance team, fostering collaboration and professional development.

• Proven experience as a CFO or senior financial leader within the CPG industry.
• Public company experience is not required.
• A hands-on approach with the ability to roll up your sleeves and dive into tasks as needed.
• Committed and flexible—this is not a role for clock-watchers, but for dynamic leaders who adapt to challenges with resilience and focus.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards, and compliance.
• Expertise in financial strategy, forecasting, and risk management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• CPA designation or equivalent is preferred.
