About the Role:
This full-time, permanent position is an excellent opportunity for an intermediate Legal Assistant with at least three years of experience in civil litigation. The role involves handling a variety of tasks such as preparing and filing court documents, booking mediations and examinations, and drafting legal correspondence. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the Supreme Court Civil and Small Claims Rules and bring significant skills in organization and communication. Experience in employment law is advantageous but not mandatory.
