We are currently seeking to add an Estate Litigator to the existing strength of our Litigation team.

Summary of Position:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in an Estate Litigation practice and able to assist clients in a wide variety of civil litigation matters, including estate litigation and all other matters as required.
Required Qualifications:
At least 5 years of proven experience in a law firm
At least 3 years of proven estate litigation experience
High degree of professional ethics and integrity
Experience practicing law in Ontario
Ability to be both a self-starter and team player
Engaged in business development
Excellent technical skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent analytical and organizational skills
Must be a member of the Ontario Bar in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
