Hybrid role - Candidate is required to come in office - 3 days a week/2 day remote
MUST HAVES:

· 7+ years of experience in Siebel Solution implementation

Responsibilities
- Undertakes the design of hosting technology solutions based on client service specifications, standards, policies, best practices, and cost models.
- Ensures solutions meet client CRM application business requirements and project/initiative deliverables.

- Knowledge of CRM applications, operating systems, environments, database technologies, programming languages, and communication protocols.
- Familiarity with best practices, OPS directory/messaging standards, and facilities architecture management.

Technical Solution and Development Skills - 40 %
· At least 7+ years of experience designing solutions with Oracle Siebel CRM

· Experience with developing high level application flows to support the business requirements.
· Experience in developing functional design document
· Experience in creating detailed process flows, developing high-level screen designs that map steps within a process to actual views in software solutions
· Experience with solutions and designs with user experience and accessibility (WCAG/AODA)
· Experience conducting user research and usability testing
· Experience developing user personas and user journey maps
· Experience analyzing user feedback and designing solutions to address user issues and pain points
· Experience creating wire frames and high-fidelity mockups with UI prototyping software such as Figma or Adobe XD
