About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to join our remote team. In this role, you'll collaborate cross-functionally to design user-centric digital experiences that are intuitive, visually engaging, and aligned with business goals. You'll play a critical role in shaping the look and feel of our products, from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design and prototype intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing user interfaces
  
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma and FigJam
  
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders using tools like Jira, ClickUp, and Confluence
  
• Conduct and analyze user testing and research using platforms like TryMata to inform design decisions
  
• Maintain and evolve design systems and UI libraries
  
• Ensure a seamless user experience across desktop and mobile platforms
  
• Iterate on feedback to continuously improve product usability and aesthetics
  Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role
  
• Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking, interaction design, and visual design skills
  
• Proficiency in Figma, FigJam, and Adobe Creative Cloud
  
• Familiarity with Jira, ClickUp, Confluence, and user research tools like TryMate
  
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
