Capacity and Lifecycle Management

Program Overview:

• Support business service growth on the Enterprise Business Network based on forecasts and historical trend analysis

• Capacity additions to meet new customer installations and existing customer upgrades

• Business customer upgrades to reduce port costs and simplify the network layout

• Increase network resiliency by adding redundancy to devices with large customer counts

• Develop the reporting systems required to operate business services on a national network

East / West Integration for Enterprise Customers

Program Overview:

• Business Network Validation and implementation in the client's LAB (Design Development, Integration & Support)

• Build Network to Network interconnects -in the GTA area

• Test Enterprise services end to end through domain design

• Facilitate the creation of service architecture and integration documents

• Collection of new product requirements

• Scoping & evaluating building service configuration templates

Enterprise Network Evolution Enhancements

Program Overview:

• Wireline growth support in client's Business

• Build on previous client's business investments (Harmonize national wireline services)

• Modernize and enable enhanced national coverage to protect customer assets.

• Expand client's East services to former Shaw territories (Crucial for BC Government and broader market opportunities.)

• Improve PoN resiliency with practical redundancy plans for Border Network Gateways

• Integrate IT/OSS systems for a single point of operations, streamlining mgmt. and provisioning in line with business evolution
