Were looking for a People & Culture Specialist to join our powerhouse Operations Team!


If you love working across all levels of an organization, have a knack for building strong relationships, and want to make a real impact this role is calling your name.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the go-to guru for employees and managers regarding policies and processes
  • Act as the first friendly face (or voice!) for employment-related questions.
  • Own our benefits program.
  • Run full-cycle recruitment for our junior and administrative roles plus, support senior-level hiring alongside the P&C Director.
  • Take charge of our awesome coop program from recruitment to crafting an unforgettable experience.
  • Execute onboarding programs that make new hires feel like part of the family from day one.
  • Partner with Leads and Partners on everything from staffing plans and training to engagement surveys and performance cycles.
  • Jump into projects and committees sometimes leading the charge!
  • Always bring your bright ideas to the table to help us level up.

You'll totally rock this role if you have:

  • A few years of HR experience under your belt (bonus points if its in a professional services environment).
  • A knack for balancing empathy with strong decision-making.
  • Superpowers in communication, organization, and problem-solving.
  • Attention to detail.
  • A "people first, paperwork second" mindset (but yes, paperwork still matters).
