Must-Haves:
- Demonstrated success in maintaining a minimum annual sales budget of $3 to $4million, highlighting strong sales capabilities.
- Knowledge of targeted territory, listed sectors, and Experience with Power and temperature control industry.
- An existing book of business with and/or a network of clients.
- Proficient in CRM systems like Salesforce, enabling efficient customer relationship management, sales tracking.
- Prospecting and business development experience.
- Bilingual (French/English).
- Equipment rental industry experience.
- Undergraduate Engineering degree.
- Position allows for remote and face-to-face sales activities, offering geographical flexibility within the Ontario and Quebec Market.
- Engage in sales to both new customers, utilizing cross-selling, upselling, and repeat sales strategies.
- Identify and assess potential sales opportunities within the Mining, O&G, Petrochemical and Manufacturing sectors crafting medium to long-term sales plans to enhance relationships and boost energy solution sales.
- Drive towards achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets through proactive sales efforts and effective relationship management.
- Develop sales proposals, conduct product demonstrations, and manage customer details in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to ensure efficient sales operations.
- Expand and maintain the customer network through regular sales calls, while assessing customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
