They are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Personal Lines Account Manager to manage a dedicated book of business. This role requires someone who thrives both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Qualifications:
  • RIBO License in good standing
  • 5+ years of experience in the insurance industry as a CSR, working with multiple markets
  • Strong knowledge of underwriting guidelines and coverages for major insurance carriers
  • Proficiency with Broker Management Systems
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet time-sensitive deadlines
  • Experience with MS Office, Outlook, and Compu-Quote rating systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a dedicated book of personal lines accounts, ensuring superior client service
  • Handle auto and property insurance needs, including writing new business, re-quoting, and remarketing clients to retain business
  • Act as a trusted advisor on personal lines insurance, educating clients on products and coverages
  • Process and follow up on renewals, endorsements, and new business, including portal entry
  • Identify and act on cross-selling and upselling opportunities
  • Collaborate with team members and work closely with Producers to review, bind, and process new business and policy changes
