Salary: Base + Commission

Location: Niagara Region, Ontario
Type: Full-Time, Contract (12-18 months)
Compensation: Base Salary + Commission
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 10-5pm, Saturday & Sunday 1-5pm
Reports To: Sales Manager

As a New Home Sales Professional, youll lead buyers through every step of their journeyfrom their first visit to handing over the keys. Youll bring our homes to life with your warmth, knowledge, and professionalism, all while delivering the kind of service that has earned Rinaldi Homes its stellar reputation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide homeowners through their full buying journeyfrom first tour to the unforgettable moment they receive their keys and walk into their dream home
  • Welcome and assist buyers through model homes and available inventory
  • Present floorplans, features, finishes, and incentives with confidence and care
  • Build relationships with prospects, realtors, and our internal teams
  • Stay informed on current offerings, pricing, and financing programs
  • Ensure model homes and sales centres are presentation-ready
  • Prepare and complete new home sales contracts and all supporting documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Keep CRM systems and buyer records updated with timely follow-ups and status changes
  • Offer buyer insights to improve our marketing and design strategies
  • Attend sales meetings, site launches, and industry events

Requirements

  • 3+ years in real estate, new home sales, or a related customer-facing sales role
  • Understanding of the pre-construction process and buying journey an asset
  • Strong organizational and digital communication skills (CRM, Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
  • Weekend availability is essential in this role, as most buyer activity occurs on Saturdays and Sundaysyour presence during these peak times is key to building strong client relationships and closing sales
  • A positive, professional attitude and the drive to go above and beyond
  • A passion for homes, design, and creating a seamless customer experience
