Responsibilities:
- Hold and maintain an Ontario Registered Pharmacy Technician license.
- Preferably have at least 2 years' experience as a community pharmacy technician in Ontario.
- Provide excellent client service by maintaining a welcoming, friendly, and professional environment.
- Be a team player and lead by example to boost team productivity and morale.
- Use problem-solving, organizational, and planning skills to ensure smooth pharmacy operations.
- Accurately and timely checking all prescriptions.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of claims and/or registration for all patient-focused services.
- Oversee follow-up procedures and manage third-party receivables collection.
- Maintain the dispensary inventory level in compliance with prescribed guidelines through accurate perpetual inventory records.
License/Certification:
- Ontario Pharmacy Registered Technician license (required)
